Review for Pacific Plaza Apartments:

I had a wonderful stay of over two nights. the apartment was immaculate and absolutely perfect, located on level 6. It featured a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge for convenience. the location was fantastic, directly across from the beach, and the staff were top-class and excellent.

wonderful location for visiting restaurants and cafés close to the hotel. positioned 25 km from the airport.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Liked the place, had a NICE stay of 4 nights. The staff were excellent and efficient and had a sense of humour. The hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic, on the Gold Coast with a supermarket and a convenience shop within walking distance.

Pacific Plaza Apartments is a great choice for a week-long stay. the selection of dining options is impressive, offering a variety of delicious meals. the location is fantastic, conveniently situated next to public transport and Cavill Avenue, making it easy to explore the area. It's truly in the heart of everything!

It was a nice comfortable appartment and a great view of the water How ever I do think that the cleaness of the appartment could have been better The stero didnt work and there were no batteries in any of the remotes .These are just a few little things that I hope help you for the future..The window in the dinning area leaked so when we had the rain we had to put a towel there to stop the water running every were .I was a little suprised to find that the windows had no security on them for children nothing to stop a child falling out of them not that I had small children but it was the first thing I thought of when we opened the window .Would I stay there again I dont think so when there are so many to choose from on the coast .

all main attractions such as wax museum were right by this hotel. within short walking distance to the restaurant bazaar. view from the room was amazing.

The location and view were fantastic an staff was great.

There was no air conditioning in the apartment and it was hot during our stay. Also the smell in the apartment and hallways was a little musky. Air refreshener could be used.

Good location, very spacious apartment, all comforts of your own home.

Supplied with only 2 small satchets to clean up dishes for a 1 wk stay and informed night before leaving that all dishes to be cleaned before departure otherwise a cleaning fee is charged. A good tip if staying bring detergent and clothes washing powder as only one set of towels supplied also.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the staff was super accommodating, and the views of the beach were fantastic! We booked a superior apartment, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, the location was great, with both a bus stop and a tram stop nearby. 🌊.

Great location, about a 10 minute walk from the cbd. Fantastic ocean view from the apartment balcony as it is on the Esplanade. The apartment itself had clearly been recently renovated and was generally clean and very spacious. Pool area was really clean and my children loved the heated pool. The bbq area also was clean, tidy and very handy. Access was easy and never an issue with the lifts.

Unfortunately the previous occupants of our apartment were a little grotty and the dishes and cutlery were left very dirty; that I felt was unacceptable. Also the lounge was in need of a good clean and even felt dirty to sit on; my son found a dirty baby bib behind one of the cushions. The dishwasher was in need of maintenance as the bottom drawer did not roll out properly. It would also be great if the apartment had proper curtains that blocked out the morning sun as it got very stuffy and bright in the apartment with the sun rising about 5.30 am; not exactly what you want when on holiday. Would I stay there again, probably but I think with the amount of accommodation on the Gold Coast, shop around.
